NEW ZEALAND

i spent about a month in new zealand.. its taken me a while to get around to blogging the photos.. but here they are, better late than never..
i was staying down on the south island, in a town called wanaka


these two came for the first week.

andrew and jess had a car, so we drove from queenstown to wanaka and found mari

snowboarding is pretty much the best. i dont have any action shots, but youve gotta go do it.

coffees were going down a couple of times a day, i dont drink coffee, but when they look this cool it makes me think i should.

hanging out with the same people all the time, we even started to look the same


it was a great trip, with an even better bunch of people.
this was the last photo i took while i was over there, seems to fit at the end.

nz.2 Ipod battle

The girls competed in an ipod battle at red rock, they had costumes and everything. it was either a baywatch or boxing kind of theme...

the girls made it into the final a few weeks later. but didnt win.. no pics from that. i was back home already..

nz.3 Up the island

I went for a little trip with sammy and his brother tim up towards christchurch.



got to the snow, we hit a couple of different mountains.

no action shots, but we were up ontop of the clouds..



they were always up for post snowboard beers

nights were fun too.. Me, sammy and a couple of strangers spent about 2 hours building towers with emptys one night.

Went down to woolys the other day. It was very summery and good crew was there

After woolys I went to aids' dungeon to try and work on the zine. We drew around aid's scabs from a gnar slam he had, which was funny , but not very productive. There are no chairs in the dungeon, which makes it hard to write or draw or work from a desk. You should get a chair Aiden.
The other leg. That must have been some slam, I would prob be dead if that happened to me
With any luck we may get the zine out sooner, or later.....

Xecutioners

Another weekend rolled around and another DJ gig, so I took the note book out for another stroll and got some very rough pictures as I danced like a spastic and scribbled.
First up I shaved a mighty battle moe to ward off the faries at the gay bar where the gig was.
First thing I did when we got there was make friends with some of the bouncers by babbling drunkenly at them. I'm pretty sure they all hate me.
I snuck my hip flask in and Oly had a giant blunt, so it was easy to get my freak on and lose myself in the moment while drawing like an autistic weird-o on the d-floor.

Rock Raider- Mix Tape is probably still one of th e best videos ever.Blue light disco.
Casting my mind back I can't really remember fuck all musically apart from this M.O.P track.
Then the drum and bass that hip hop shows are inevitably shackled with started and we went home. As a side note I forgot to eat anything all night and had a shocking hang-over the next day.
